Are you one of those people that can eat whatever they want and not gain weight? Are you naturally thin and have a hard time gaining fat or muscle? You may possess the Ectomorph body type. Don't get discouraged - I have put together the Ultimate Ectomorph Workout designed to not only help you maintain healthy weight - but also gain muscle mass and tone the body. This 12-WEEK program is designed for both beginner (LEVEL 1) and intermediate (LEVEL 2) exercise enthusiasts. This workout regimen does not require additional supplies (ie - yoga ball, resistance bands, etc.). However, feel free to utilize these items for extra resistance or support if needed or desired.
