Don't get discouraged - I have put together the Ultimate Endomorph Workout designed to not only help you lose weight - but also get you physically fit inside and out. This 12-WEEK program is designed for both beginner (LEVEL 1) and intermediate (LEVEL 2) exercise enthusiasts. This workout regimen does not require additional supplies (ie - yoga ball, resistance bands, etc.). However, feel free to utilize these items for extra resistance or support if needed or desired.
