Get motivated fitness junkie - I have put together the Ultimate Mesomorph Workout designed to not only tone up that muscle mass but keep your body fat steady and maintained. This 12-WEEK program is designed for both beginner (LEVEL 1) and intermediate (LEVEL 2) exercise enthusiasts. This workout regimen does not require additional supplies (ie - yoga ball, resistance bands, etc.). However, feel free to utilize these items for extra resistance or support if needed or desired.
