There are three main body types for both men and women. Many times, people possess some degree of all three. Together, we will determine your unique body type, the specific exercises designed strictly for your body type, and then create the perfect exercise regimen to fit you and your lifestyle.

This program is offered virtually or in-person and can be scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
