According to the Mayo Clinic, meditation is a type of mind-body complementary medicine and can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. Many people think meditation is about zoning out and eliminating the need to focus. Meditation, however, requires a deep sense of focus in order to eliminate the everyday chaos and thought that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. If you fall asleep while meditating - you are doing it wrong. For the March Health Challenge - we are going to try out this meditation thing...
